Internship Highlight: Guardforce Hong Kong

In January 2023, we had the privilege of conducting an insightful interview with the Head of HR at HK Guardforce, a leading security solutions provider. During our discussion, she shared valuable insights into the recruitment process, offering practical advice on how candidates can stand out in this competitive field. The conversation provided our students with firsthand knowledge of what employers look for and how they can best prepare themselves for future career opportunities.

Recognizing the potential of our students, the HR head extended an incredible opportunity—an invitation to connect one of our students with their firm. This was a pivotal moment that underscored the power of mentorship and direct industry exposure. By April 2023, we successfully facilitated a connection between one of our students and Guardforce Hong Kong, placing him in a Business Development role.
